Beaver Colonies from all over Fraser Valley Council descend on Camp McLean on a Saturday and run through a dozen or more activity stations.&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

As with all Scouting events, youth and Scouters should attend in full uniform.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;
The registration cost and cost for food should come out of the Section budget.&lt;br /&gt;

==Things to remember to do before the event:==&lt;br /&gt;
* Register for the event.  The notice is often found on the Fraser Valley Council calendar.&lt;br /&gt;
* Push out invitation through ScoutsTracker.&lt;br /&gt;
* Ensure someone in the Group is providing a station.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Things to remember to get from the locker:==&lt;br /&gt;
* Material for the station that we are running.&lt;br /&gt;
* 10'x10' pop up shelter.&lt;br /&gt;
* Folding table.&lt;br /&gt;
* Group banner.&lt;br /&gt;
* Twine to hold the banner.&lt;br /&gt;
* Lighter/matches.&lt;br /&gt;
* Water jug filled with water.&lt;br /&gt;
* Napkins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
==Get Youth to bring:==&lt;br /&gt;
* Folding chairs.&lt;br /&gt;
* Water bottles.&lt;br /&gt;
